Happy New Year 2K17

First and foremost I just want to wish you all a Happy New Year. I hope that this year brings you nothing but more prosperity, growth, but most importantly faith.

Granted it’s only January, I’ve already been sensing that this year will be the year of pushing forth all my hopes and dreams and allowing them to come into fruition. With that being said, I welcome 2017 with open arms and an open heart.

Aside from that, for those who follow me on Facebook, this time last year I made my first post about takemetotheheights. I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I’ve started this venture and I couldn’t be any more happier about it. Although I wish I started blogging years before, I realized it was all about timing. I didn’t want to present something to you all without truly giving it my all.

Despite a few bumps and hurdles along the way, I knew that this blog would be something worthwhile for you all. Even when I take time out to brainstorm what I plan on blogging, I want to know I managed to leave an impression on someone reading through any of the blogs I’ve done.

With that being said, takemetotheheights will always be my go to for my thoughts and ideas whether it be fashion related or otherwise. As long as I’m reaching my full potential, my “heights”I know that everything in due time will fall into place.

So going forward, some of my blog posts will feature a few things that I’ve been following whether it be through Instagram or any other social media outlet.

For this month in particular, I’ll be presenting my JANUARY FAVES 💃🏾

These faves include an upcoming fashion designer who I can’t wait to share with you all and current trend worthy/staple pieces for your wardrobe.
